Wuppertal, 12 March 2019 - In preparation for the Summer Games in Japan, Riedel Networks has optimized its network infrastructure in Asia by integrating additional, cutting-edge network nodes in Tokyo (CC1 AT Tokyo) and Singapore (Epsilon Telecommunications). In order to further increase speed, reliability, and efficiency, the company also drastically increased its backbone bandwidth and implemented modern SDN technology.

The new locations provide Riedel Networks with access to key cloud systems and to additional network partners for last mile coverage. In addition to greater flexibility, this also results in a greater choice of feeds to improve service reliability at customer locations.
