Butzbach, September 25, 2023 - The “Familienfreundliches Unternehmen Wetterau” award was once again presented to RIEDEL Networks. The prestigious honor, which is awarded by the Wetteraukreis in cooperation with the AG Wiedereinstieg & Existenzsicherung, recognizes companies that are particularly committed to the compatibility of work and family.

This is the second time RIEDEL Networks has received this award, underscoring its ongoing commitment to promoting family-friendly working conditions. The company stands out in particular for its wide range of measures to support its employees:

Flexible working time models

RIEDEL Networks offers its employees the opportunity to flexibly organize their daily and weekly working hours. Individual part-time models enable a better work-life balance.

In addition, parents receive five additional days of leave per year to care for a sick child.
