Butzbach, August 09, 2024 - The provider of customized and secure telecommunications solutions, RIEDEL Networks, takes over WAN customers as part of the strategic realignment of Avaya Germany. Avaya Germany is transferring existing customer contracts that were previously served by RIEDEL Networks to the experienced provider from Butzbach.

The acquisition strengthens RIEDEL Networks’ position as a leading provider of specialized telecommunications solutions. Avaya Germany, a subsidiary of Avaya, a leading global provider of customer experience and communications solutions, continues its business transformation, putting further focus on its core communications solutions for enterprises globally. This decision enables RIEDEL Networks to further expand its services for existing and new customers.

Customers have already been informed about the transition to RIEDEL Networks. The transfer of the contracts was completed with effect from August 1, 2024.
